Ayurvedic Spring Detox

Read the following information carefully: In this detox, the toxins that you have built up during the winter are removed from your body. This gives you more energy, a clear mind and improved digestion. The detox lasts 3 to 7 days, depending on what you need and what suits you at that moment. You will receive recipes for the meals that you eat during these days. The meals are light, warm and cleansing and there is a gradual build-up. You can eat whenever you are hungry, so you will not go hungry during this detox. Before the detox, you fill out a questionnaire and an online or offline intake interview takes place. When booking, you choose the date and time on which the intake takes place. In the week after the intake, you start the detox. The duration and intensity of your detox are determined based on the intake. After the detox days, you will be guided in rebuilding your diet and building up strength. You will also receive recipes for healthier snacks. During the detox, there is room to discuss your health problems, your questions, concerns and interests. In total you will be guided for up to 14 days from the intake. For whom? Good for: anyone who feels a bit heavy after the winter, likes to sleep in a bit too long ;), has reduced energy or motivation and suffers from a less clear mind and reduced ability to concentrate.
