In my practice I offer various Āyurvedic treatments. As not every treatment is suitable for every individual, most treatments are preceded by an Āyurvedic consultation, and the treatments mentioned below cannot be booked directly.

Karna Purana
Oil treatment of the ears
Treatment in which the ear is repeatedly filled with warm oil, to restore the balance in the ear. Particularly suitable for tinnitus, hearing loss, earache and tension or stiffness in the neck.
Shiropichu
Oil treatment of the head
Shiropichu is a cotton pad that is used to apply oil to the head. Good for migraines (not during an attack), sleep problems, mental restlessness.
Marma treatment
Treatment of energy points
During Abhyanga the main marma points are treated. If there is an indication for it, extra attention can be given to a specific marma point.
Karna Purana

Udvartana
Upward / powder massage
Massage with upward movement, opposite to the direction of hair growth. Often performed with powder. Aimed at eliminating toxins and excess tissue from the body. Particularly suitable for overweight individuals and those with high levels of toxins (Āma) .
